We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Items on sale or clearance
• Jewelry that has been worn or damaged by the customer

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vogueglow@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
